This summer we took the Photomatic over to The Manor Rooms in South Cave, East Yorkshire, for Chris and Paige's wedding. It turned out to be one of our favourite sets of the year.

The venue
The Manor Rooms sits on the Drewton Estate near Brough, a barn-style venue in the East Yorkshire countryside with its own gardens and rooms for guests to stay over. It's a blank canvas, so couples can make it completely their own. We set the Photomatic up with a clean white backdrop so the focus stayed on the guests. If you're planning a wedding in the area, have a look at our photo booth hire in South Cave.
Why the Photomatic
The Photomatic is our one of a kind booth, built to our own spec with a proper vintage feel. It's there for the whole day, so guests drift in and out between the speeches, the first dance and the evening party, and the prints keep coming.

Black and white, all night
The couple went for black and white, and it's what most of our couples choose now. It looks timeless, flatters everyone and turns a silly face into something you'd happily frame. Colour is always an option, but this set shows why black and white is so popular.

The details that make it
Our favourite touch was the couple's personalised heart sunglasses, printed with "The Gledhill's Est. 2026". No prop box needed. They became the look of the night and ended up on just about every guest.
