Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Bliss Booth Ltd website and to enquiries made through our website.

Specific event bookings are subject to a separate Event Services Agreement provided as part of the booking process. Where there is any difference between information on this website and the Event Services Agreement for a confirmed booking, the Event Services Agreement will apply.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.

Services, packages, equipment, availability and pricing may change from time to time. Images and examples shown on the website are intended to demonstrate our services and previous work and may not represent the exact configuration provided at every event.

Nothing displayed on the website constitutes a guarantee of availability.

Pricing & Quotations

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices or guide prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final price of an event may depend on factors including the service selected, event duration, location, travel, access requirements, operating hours, customisation, additional services and other event-specific requirements.

Corporate, commercial, branded and bespoke activations are quoted individually.

VAT will be applied where applicable and will be clearly shown on quotations, proposals and invoices.

Receiving a quotation or proposal does not guarantee availability or reserve an event date unless the booking has subsequently been confirmed in accordance with our booking process and the applicable Event Services Agreement.

Making a Booking

Submitting an enquiry, receiving a quotation or viewing a proposal does not by itself create a confirmed booking.

When proceeding with a booking, the Client will receive details of the services being provided together with our Event Services Agreement.

The agreement sets out the specific terms applicable to that booking, including:

  • services and equipment being provided;

  • event date, location and operating times;

  • payment requirements;

  • cancellation and rescheduling terms;

  • venue and access requirements;

  • equipment and damage responsibilities;

  • technical issues and service interruptions;

  • safety and guest conduct;

  • liability and force majeure; and

  • other conditions applicable to the event.

Clients should read the Event Services Agreement carefully before accepting a booking.

Booking Fees & Payments

Our standard booking process may require a non-refundable booking fee to secure an event date.

The amount payable, payment schedule and any applicable cancellation charges will be confirmed as part of the individual booking and Event Services Agreement.

Bookings made close to an event date may require payment in full at the time of booking.

Services may be withheld where payment has not been received in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations and requests to reschedule must be made in writing.

Booking fees are non-refundable. Depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date, additional cancellation charges may apply.

The specific cancellation charges, payment obligations and rescheduling terms applicable to your booking are set out in the Event Services Agreement accepted when the booking is confirmed.

Changes to an event — including the date, venue, operating times or services required — are subject to availability and may result in a change to the agreed price.

If you need to change, postpone or cancel your event, please contact us as soon as possible.

Venue Access & Event Requirements

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is suitable for the equipment and services booked.

This includes providing suitable access, sufficient operating space, appropriate power where required, safe working conditions and any necessary venue permissions.

Access restrictions such as stairs, unsuitable lifts, narrow entrances, significant distances from loading areas, restricted loading times or other physical restrictions should be disclosed before booking.

Some Bliss Booth equipment has specific access and installation requirements.

If equipment cannot be safely delivered or installed because of undisclosed venue restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control, the provisions contained within the applicable Event Services Agreement will apply.

Setup & Operating Times

Setup and pack-down requirements vary depending on the service booked and do not necessarily form part of the advertised operating or hire period.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that suitable venue access is available at the agreed time.

If an event is running late, this does not automatically extend the agreed hire period. Additional operating time is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

The specific operating times applicable to your event will be shown on your booking.

Equipment, Operation & Technical Issues

Our equipment is maintained and checked regularly; however, event technology can occasionally experience technical issues.

Temporary interruptions required for normal operation — including replacing print media, making camera or equipment adjustments, restarting equipment or carrying out minor maintenance — may occasionally be necessary during an event.

Where an equipment fault materially affects a booked service, the remedies and limitations contained within the relevant Event Services Agreement will apply.

Interruptions or service limitations caused by guest misuse, venue restrictions, inadequate power, internet connectivity, access issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not considered equipment faults.

Equipment Damage & Loss

All Bliss Booth equipment remains the property of Bliss Booth Ltd.

Clients may be responsible for damage, loss or theft caused by the Client, their guests, venue personnel or other third parties during an event.

Where applicable, reasonable repair or replacement costs may be charged in accordance with the Event Services Agreement.

Safety & Guest Conduct

The safety of our team, clients, guests and equipment is important.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a service where circumstances become unsafe or where our team experiences threatening, abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.

We may also stop the operation of equipment where continued use creates a reasonable risk of injury or damage.

The consequences of any suspension or termination of services in these circumstances are governed by the applicable Event Services Agreement.

Outdoor Events

Where equipment is to be used outdoors, suitable weather protection and a safe operating environment must be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Certain equipment may not be suitable for outdoor installation, uneven ground, exposed locations or particular weather conditions.

We reserve the right not to install or operate equipment where we reasonably consider conditions unsafe or unsuitable.

Photography & Event Content

Depending on the service booked, photographs, videos, GIFs, AI-generated imagery or other digital content may be created during an event.

The availability and delivery of content will depend on the service and package booked.

The use and storage of event content is subject to the applicable Event Services Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Where marketing permission applies, Clients may contact us in writing before their event if they do not wish event imagery to be used by Bliss Booth for promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on this website — including text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Bliss Booth Ltd.

Website content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

Bliss Booth Ltd processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal information may be processed for purposes including administering enquiries and bookings, delivering event services, providing galleries or digital content, processing payments, accounting and customer support.

Further information about how we collect, process and protect personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers to support aspects of our services, including booking systems, payment processing, online galleries, email communications, cloud storage and event technology.

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of independent third-party websites outside our control.

Events Outside Our Control

There may be circumstances where we are prevented from providing all or part of a service because of events outside our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, road closures, transport disruption, venue access restrictions, power failure, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.

The specific provisions relating to such circumstances are contained within the Event Services Agreement applicable to the booking.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Liability relating specifically to an event booking, including equipment failure, inability to provide a service or circumstances outside our reasonable control, is governed by the Event Services Agreement applicable to that booking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these website Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, website or legal requirements.

Changes to these website Terms & Conditions do not replace or retrospectively alter the Event Services Agreement already accepted for a confirmed booking.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to the use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
