Hazel Gap Barn sits on its own in the countryside at Budby, near Edwinstowe, on the Welbeck Estate. It's a red brick barn with two towers at the front, oak timbers inside, and a courtyard with a sandstone fountain, mulberry trees and fire pits. It's exclusive use, so once you're there it's all yours.
Up to 150 can join you for the ceremony and dinner, and up to 250 for the evening, when the main barn turns from ceremony room into dance floor. That changeover is a great moment for a booth to open. Evening guests arrive, day guests have a second wind, and everyone has somewhere to go between the courtyard fire pits and the dancing.

Your photo booth at Hazel Gap Barn
In a barn like this the booth usually works best close to where the evening happens, near the bar or the edge of the dance floor, rather than tucked away where guests forget about it. The Oak Room could suit if the layout allows, and we'll agree the exact spot with the venue before the day.
We need about 8ft x 8ft of indoor floor space and one standard socket, ideally within 2m (we bring extensions up to 10m). Setup takes around 60 minutes and we're done before your guests arrive, so it's ready when the party starts. Hazel Gap Barn is close to our base, so there's no travel or delivery fee for weddings here.
